This two bedroomed townhouse is fully equipped to ensure that it feels like a home away from home. The sunny living room has windows to the north and west ensuring all day sun. With views over the flower filled garden to the tree-lined Maitai River this is a wonderful spot to relax with a book, listen to some music or watch a selection of TV channels on Freeview okr SmartVu on the 32″ LED flat screen TV. The living room also has a dining table to seat 4 people and is next to the kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster, and pantry basics such as tea, coffee, herbs, spices and olive oil are provided. However if you’ve forgotten anything the nearest supermarket is only a 3 minute walk away and the Milton St Dairy, Bobby Franks Cafe, Milton St fish and chip shop or the Sprig and Fern pub within 5 mins walk.
The two bedrooms have comfortable beds and feature quality cotton linen sheets. Each bedroom has a built in wardrobe, bedside tables and bedside lights.
The bathroom features a shower, vanity, heated towel rail, extractor fan, mirror cabinet and toilet. There is a washing machine and outside covered clothes line for drying laundry.

The nightly rate is in NZ$ and based on 2 people. Additional guests are charged at $25 per person per night. Rates include free WiFi and pantry basics. Provision of linen, towels and cleaning on departure is an additional $90. Rates valid until 30 April 2026.
